I went to the 9am Mass at the San Fernando Mission chapel. All around a very good Mass. Good hymn selection; an organ; altar boys; only one EMC; kneeling after the Agnus Dei; orthodox homily. The only drawback was the cantor. I thought he should have been up in the choir loft instead of up front. The area around the altar is very small, and he drew a lot of unnecessary attention to himself. But other than that, I highly recommend a trip out there.

The latecomers are improving. This week they sauntered in during the Gospel.

I was thinking more Wonder Woman than Superman. Didn't she live on some island that worshipped the Greek gods?
