Truth is stranger than fiction...
Yeah after they get through paying for the worlds uglyest cathedral to surround the bare closet where Cardinal hides the Blessed Sacrament and the over 500 lawsuits that are about to bankrupt the archdiocese.
$40 for a breakfast isn't that much. I mean for some fundraisers they go anywhere from $20-100 for a local candidate to $500 and more for others.
Really depends on what's for breakfast. :)
(of course, the most expensive pancakes I've seen were only $25 and that was at a 5-star hotel).
