The Congregation for the Clergy
After the revelation that Rome has suspended a monsignor in the Congregation for the Clergy for saying he practices sodomy, we have to ask two questions:
What was he doing in a Congregation so vital to the priesthood? And...
Are there more like him, and was he part of a network?

"Rome-wise" priests of my acquaintance would respond that there are a large number of homosexuals in the Vatican bureaucracy.
As to "a network?"
Maybe. Depends on what connotations you assign to the term "network."
